2022 sees the launch of the Buymedia platform version 2. The new and improved media purchasing platform software makes advertising processes more efficient – saving you time, money and stress.
There are three main steps to managing a full advertising campaign using our software – creating a media map, finalising the plan and managing the campaign.
The media purchasing platform is based on the most up to date data to provide advertisers with highly targeted and data driven media plans. It hosts 14 ready-made target markets to choose from, however specific mosaics can be created by the Buymedia team for advertisers looking to target a niche market. Once the advertising budget is inserted, our algorithm will allocate the budget based on the chosen target market and the media that they consume most.
Taking the budget into consideration, our media planners then look at the recommended titles and filter through to identify the ideal media mix. The media purchasing platform breaks each media titles down into the highest rating media channels within each title to reach your target audience. A full breakdown of your plan including your advertising budget, target market, media titles and channels and the percentage budget you should spend on each is provided. This can be easily shared through a link for anyone in the advertisers organisation to review.
If the advertiser is happy with the plan – the campaign can be started right away. If the advertiser is unsure about anything, perhaps they would like to explore other media channels, reduce budget from a specific channel or to discuss the rational – the Buymedia media planning team are always on hand to give expert advice and make edits to the plan. Our media planners will look at the plan along with the campaign objectives/KPI’s, timings and budget and ensure everything is aligned.
The team at Buymedia have designed a dashboard that will undoubtably make your life as an advertiser easier. The dashboard gives a complete breakdown of the campaign and the status of each media channel. Each channel title has essentially its own WhatsApp chat like feature, where campaigns are managed, and queries are answered. The main two actions the advertiser has to take is to request dates for the campaign to be scheduled and upload the creative ad copy for each media channel. Advertisers can tag colleagues on the platform, so they receive an email notification when there is an action for them to take on the platform (an example of this would be to tag the graphic designer when the schdule has been approved so they can create and upload the ad copy). Once the campaign schedule and ad copy has been approved by the media company, the media title will appear in a timeline on the dashboard – meaning at a glance you will see all advertising you are running and when.
